This is an agreement between you and Coinmpesa, Inc. ("Coinmpesa.com"). This website and its related services are owned and operated by Coinmpesa.com Inc. By signing up to use an account through Coinmpesa.com, or any associated websites, APIs, or mobile applications (collectively the "Bitcointrade Site"), you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. For all purposes, the English language version of this user agreement shall be the original, governing instrument. In the event of any conflict between the English language version of this user agreement and any subsequent translation into any other language, the English language version shall govern and control.

Coinmpesa.com is a subsidiary of Global Services Plus Pte Limited, and investment company registered in Singapore, under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) with Registration Number 201755569S. 1. ELIGIBILITY.

To be eligible to use any of the Coinmpesa.com Services, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country in which the relevant Coinmpesa.com Services are accessible. Please note that not all Coinmpesa.com Services are available in every country.

You hereby accept and acknowledge that you: (a) Are of legal age to agree to these Terms; (b) Have not previously been suspended or removed from using our Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you further represent and warrant that: (i) The legal entity is duly organized and validly existing under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of its organization, and (ii) You are duly authorized by such legal entity to act on its behalf.

2 Digital Currency Services.

The following services (the "Digital Currency Services") may be provided to you by Coinmpesa.com UK:

one or more hosted digital currency wallets enabling you to store, track, transfer, and manage your balances of certain supported digital currencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum (the "Digital Currency Wallet" and "Digital Currency" respectively); and

a Digital Currency exchange service enabling you to obtain prices for your purchases and sales of Digital Currencies, and (subject to certain restrictions) carry out any such purchases or sales on the Site.

3. ACCOUNT SETUP.

Registration of Coinmpesa.com Account.

To use the Coinmpesa.com Services, you will need to register for a Coinmpesa.com account (a "Coinmpesa.com Account") by providing your name, email address and a password and accepting the terms of this Agreement. By using a Coinmpesa.com Account, you agree and represent that you will use the Coinmpesa.com Services only for yourself, and not on behalf of any third party, unless you have obtained prior approval from Coinmpesa.com in accordance with Section 3.2 and 4.10 of this Agreement. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Coinmpesa.com Account. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to open a Coinmpesa.com Account for you, or limit the number of Coinmpesa.com Accounts that you may hold or suspend or terminate any Coinmpesa.com Account or the trading of specific Digital Currency in your account.

4. Security and confidentiality.

Coinmpesa.com is committed to protecting your privacy. Internally, only people with a business need to know Personal Information, or whose duties reasonably require access to it, are granted access to customers’ Personal Information. Such individuals will only process your Personal Information on our instructions and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

The Site’s systems and data are reviewed periodically to ensure that you are getting a quality service and that leading security features are in place. We have put in place procedures to deal with any actual or suspected data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. However, no information system can be 100% secure. So, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that we do not control, including the internet and wireless networks.

5. DEPOSIT $ WITHDRAWAL

All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours from Monday through Friday. Once your withdrawal request has been processed at our end, it will depend on your payment system when you get your money. For example, credit/debit card refunds normally take 48 hours; Bank may take up to 1 business day however, it may take a business day for the money to arrive. All eWallet withdrawals are instant, meaning that if it has been processed at our end, your funds are almost instantly available at your end.

Considering that certain stages of the depositing/withdrawal process involve manual labour, some of the withdrawal options we offer involve a small fee.

Note that your withdrawal term and processing depends on your Initial account Investment plan! And your Investment plan cannot be altered in any way.

For withdrawal to be successful you must meet the Minimum saving/deposit amount.

Note: Remember Your Account must remain with a minimum of $300 after withdrawal, this applies to every Investment plans in the company.
